The Harborfront Inn, located in the center of historic Greenport, is easily accessible by car, boat, bus, or train.
By Car:
From New York City and points south and west: Long Island Expressway (I-495) east to Exit 73. Exit 73 becomes County Road 58 East. Follow County Road 58 East as it turns into Route 25 East. Continue on Route 25 East to the Village of Greenport. In the Village, Route 25 becomes Front Street. The Harborfront Inn is located at 209 Front Street.
From the New London/Orient Point Ferry and points north and east: Route 25 West to flashing yellow signal. Left onto Main Street (i.e., continue on Route 25 West, non-truck route.) Follow Route 25 West as it becomes Front Street. The Harborfront Inn is located at 209 Front Street.
By Bus:
The Hampton Jitney offers scheduled daily bus service from New York City to Greenport. Please call (631) 283-4600 or visit www.hamptonjitney.com for arrival and departure times and reservations. The Greenport stop is a short walk (100 yards) from the Harborfront Inn.
By Rail:
The Long Island Rail Road offers daily scheduled rail service from New York City's Penn Station to Greenport. For schedule information, please visit the LIRR's website at www.lirr.org. The station is a short walk (100 yards) from the Harborfront Inn. |
